Strategy for supporting doctoral students
Mission (Why?)
Education of globally applicable doctoral graduates capable of independent scientific and creative activity in the fields of polymers, bio-materials, nano-materials and related technologies as well as under the Industry 4.0/5.0 settings, as a way to the long-term development of UNI/CPS potential.
Values (What is important?)
Freedom of research, professional responsibility, research environment, career development, the value of mobility, innovation, excellence, efficiency, relationships with supervisors
Vision (Which way?)
UNI/CPS creates the conditions for developing and further improving the high standard of doctoral degree programmes (DDP) implemented at UNI/CPS; this shall refer to university-wide programmes as well as those conducted in cooperation with the Faculty of Technology.
Strategic goals (Where?)
Strategic goals in this area with respect to work organization (material and technical pre-requisites), development of qualification (knowledge, skills, personal abilities), and employee motivation (financial/non-financial incentives) are defined and continuously updated.
