International project LiBASED
TBU CPS with prof. Ing. Petr Sáha as a lead is coordinator of international M-ERA.NET project LiBASED together with 2 partners Polymer Institute, Slovak Academy of Sciences PISAS (dr. Mária Omastová) and Sabancı University Nanotechnology Research and Application Center SUNUM (dr. Alp Yürüm). Dr. Viera Pechancová is responsible for project management.
LiBASED consortium aims to develop novel energy storage device, which can be applied in long-run, lightweight and cost-effective unmanned air/ground vehicles, which will positively effect both environmental and economic issues. M-ERA.NET 2 is an EU funded network which has been established to support and increase the coordination of European research and innovation programmes and related funding in materials science and engineering. The Czech partner is supported by the Technology agency of the Czech Republic. 233 pre-proposals were submitted to the call, 37 projects were successful, out of which 9 were Czech based projects.
