The device enables accurate measurements of low electric currents and high impedance, resistance and charge. A built-in ± 1kV voltage source with sweep capability allows volume and surface resistivity measurements of materials including polymers and composites or electronic parts.

• Resistance measurements from 50 Ω to 1016 Ω
• Charge measurements from 10 fC to 2 microC
