The exposure unit is a device for the production of printed circuit board (PCB). The machine is equipped with a frame from which a plate with a photosensitive layer is inserted. An exposure master is placed on this plate. The assembly thus prepared is covered with foil and the frame is closed. Turn on the vacuum pump for the original to adhere perfectly to the plate. Turn on, which is controlled by a timer. After the exposure period, the vacuum pump is switched off and the plate is removed from the frame. The machine allows the preparation of double-sided printed circuit boards.
