Adhesion Kinetics Analyzer of Multilayer PMs
Přístroj slouží k:
The device is designed for the analysis of simple adhesion between layers of solid polymeric materials as well as between layers of polymeric and other materials, as well as for the analysis of the kinetics of adhesion as a function of time under the influence of temperature and pressure, where the pressure between layers can be deduced by cyclic loading/unloading with variable frequency or constant static pressure.Basic parameters:
- Maximum stroke of 0.5 mm with an accuracy of ±0.002 mm
- Cyclic load frequency 1.67 Hz
- Working stroke for fixation of bodies 40 mm with accuracy ±0.05 mm
- Working stroke speed ranges from 1 mm.min-1 to 100 mm.min-1
- Integrated force transducer in the load axis of the test fixture for determining the contact and adhesion forces with a measuring range from 0.1 N to 2.5 N, combined uncertainty of 0.3 %, the sensor allows overload capacities up to 50 %
- Data acquisition period of at least 10 Hz
- Heating temperature range from 30 °C to 150 °C
- Accuracy of the temperature reached in the chamber ±5 °C
