Rubber co-extrusion line EMS-30
Device is for:
Line for co-extrusion of elastomers (e.g. silicones) equipped with two extruders, co-extrusion die (B/A/B layers) for preparation of circular profiles, curing chamber, cooling bath and haul-off.
Further, side co-extrusion die (3 layers) for tubes (diameter up to 15mm) with system of replaceable die housing/pin for easy change of extruded profiles and allows wire sheathing.
Laser outer diameter analyser
Ultrasonic analyser of inner diameter dimensions and ratio of co-extruded layers, thickness measurement range 0.25-6mm.
