Film blowing co-extrusion line – up to 5 layers
Device is for:
Film blowing co-extrusion line is consisting of 3 extruders, 5 layers die, film blowing tower and windup system. Two extruders have screw diameter 30 mm, L/D = 30 and one extruder has screw diameter 25mm, L/D = 30. All extruders have screws and barrels made of high-grade nitride hardened steel, temperature and pressure control, exchangeable mesh and gravimetric hopper. 5-layers film blowing die type "pancake", outer die diameter 120 mm. Film bubble cooling with duplex air flow ring system.
Film blowing tower is 3.9 - 4.9 m high and windup system up to 550 mm wide. Nip rolls are water cooled.
Two station surface windup system with longitudinal and transverse film cutting, force driven winding, pneumatic system for bobbin attachment. Central control panel allows film blowing tower, extruders and gravimetric hopers adjustment.
